Michelle Pfeiffer can do no wrong in our book. The legendary actress, known for everything from Scarface to Batman Returns, just listed her four-bed, five-bath estate in the luxe San Francisco-area community of Woodside for a whopping $29.5 million. Pfeiffer, who purchased the property back in 2004 for $12 million, is set to make a killing on the property, which also includes another five-bed, four-bath home that Pfeiffer bought in 2008.
Located on a sprawling 8.67-acre equestrian property in Woodside, the 6379-square-foot estate is extremely private, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Built in 1940, the main residence welcomes guests with the spacious great room, which is surrounded by three sets of French doors that lead out to the main terrace, and also features an elevated media/library area. All of the bedrooms are on the upper level, including the outstanding master suite, which has its own sitting area and French doors that lead out to the private rooftop deck. There’s also two large walk-in closets, and a spa-like master bath filled with marble and a steam shower for two. The property also has three studio guest apartments, office, and a gym.
Outside, the rolling grounds feature every luxurious amenity one could imagine: a tennis court, gated swimming pool and spa, an apple orchard, fenced and covered vegetable beds, and a cedar hot tub.
