Lana Del Rey’s Photographer Boyfriend Francesco Carrozzini Snaps Up $5.4 Million Home In Beverly Hills

The songbird's Italy-born boyfriend won’t experience "Summertime Sadness" living like this in the 90210.

Photographer Francesco Carrozzini dropped $5.4 million on a home for sale in Los Angeles this month. Could he be planning to set up shop with his girlfriend, songbird Lana del Rey

It’s possible Carrozzini wanted to depart New York for the open space of the West Coast, seeing as he recently listed his Greenwich Village townhouse for $16 million. “West Coast,” coincidentally, is the name of one of Del Rey’s songs. Maybe she was sending him a message that it was time to ditch New York!

Carrozzini snagged the four-bed, six-bath home on one of the most sought-after private roads in all of Beverly Hills, which should certainly put a smile on Del Rey’s often somber face. By the way, the Ultraviolence singer recently camped out at another real estate landmark: actress Jean Harlow’s house.

With breathtaking views of the canyons and leafy trees of Los Angeles, Carrozzini’s 5,446-square-foot new home maintains complete seclusion. Equipped with a theater, chef’s kitchen, and spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, this architectural gem was built in 1982. There’s no reason to get High on the Beach when you’ve got a poolside setup like this, including a classic step-down pool and full cabana.

The property also includes two undeveloped lots, allowing over 161,000 square feet of possibilities (including the current home). So if Del Rey feels like building her own recording studio on her boyfriend’s lawn, that’s always an option.

Carrozzini is keeping busy too — he recently shot R&B bad boy Chris Brown in an adorable photo shoot with daughter Royalty. Brown reportedly discovered he was a father earlier this year. Surprise!
