They may be the dream couple of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky actually live in Bel-Air. And now the dynamic duo is taking off again: They just listed their seven-bed, eight-bath mansion for $6.995 million, or for $50,000 per month as a rental. Back in October, they dropped $8.2 million on a sprawling estate in the San Fernando Valley town of Encino. But somehow, “Real Housewives of the Valley” doesn’t quite have the same ring to it…
Located on a peaceful, tree-lined cul-de-sac in ritzy Bel-Air, the 6,229-square-foot estate, which was built in 1957, is a traditional-style beauty designed with entertaining in mind. (Hey, Kyle’s gotta have that prime White Party venue ready every year!) Step inside the refined entrance to a stately living room, where a gilded marble fireplace serves as the focal point. A bright, white chef’s kitchen flows into the elegant dining room, and continues on into the serene den. And since the home was made with parties in mind, there’s a sophisticated pub with a large stone fireplace and wet bar, as well as a state-of-the-art home theater. (You may notice the giant Halloween poster on the wall- one of Kyle’s first movie moments!) The luxurious master suite features vaulted, exposed beam ceilings, a stunning marble bathroom, and dual showroom closets. There are three other bedrooms upstairs, including one being used as a dressing room and office. (Kyle needs a spot to get camera ready.) The remaining bedrooms, which include private maid’s quarters, are downstairs. And with the lavish design from Kyle’s BFF Faye Resnick (you may recall her nickname “The Morally Corrupt Faye Resnick”, courtesy of Camille Grammer) who wouldn’t want to live here?
Step outside to the lush backyard, where a sparkling swimming pool and spa is surrounded by multiple entertaining areas, a rolling lawn (perfect for Kyle to practice her splits and iconic ponytail spins!) a lighted sports court, and a putting green. We certainly wouldn’t skip a party at this house.
Mauricio is known as one of the top realtors in California, (he’s sold homes to everyone from Nick Lachey and Sofia Vergara to Robbie Williams and DJ Khaled) so it’s no wonder that his and Kyle’s new Encino home is just as luxurious as you’d expect. The couple also owns a variety of other properties, including a condo in Encino, and a peaceful townhouse in La Quinta.
