Real estate super agent and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Altman is smart, shrewd and savvy when it comes to real estate. He knows it’s all about price, location and having a vision.
With that in mind, Altman himself just paid $2.3 million for an outdated and downright ugly home in a great cul-de-sac location above the Sunset Strip.
The original home, pictured here, isn’t much to look at. Gated and down a long driveway, it has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,436 square feet on more than a half an acre, with those incredible Los Angeles views.
Altman told Trulia Luxe Living that the place is a teardown and that in the coming months, he is planning to “knock it down and build a 7,500 square foot modern with sick views.” When completed, the new home will be valued around $9 million.
Eugene Jeffries of Coldwell Banker represented the seller and naturally, Josh Altman represented himself in the transaction.
