Rent Jennifer Lawrence’s New Tribeca Condo For $27.5K Per Month

This could be your ticket to a neighborly relationship with Harry Styles or Justin Timberlake.

New York, NY, real estate has many similarities to The Hunger Games. And with the same speed Katniss Everdeen uses to head into the Cornucopia, the film’s star, Jennifer Lawrence, has put her new Tribeca condo up for rent.

Jennifer barely had a chance to stay in the three-bed, three-and-a-half-bath pad; she bought it back in January for $9.034 million. Now it could be yours — for the bargain price of $27,500 a month. You’ll even get Harry Styles for a neighbor!

Located in a converted 1880s book bindery in the stylish (and pricey) Tribeca neighborhood, Jennifer’s lair epitomizes luxury Manhattan real estate. The elevator doors open directly into a spacious entry, which leads into a living and dining area with tall ceilings and four large, north-facing windows. Measuring 3,184 square feet, the home features wide-plank white oak flooring and reclaimed wooden beams with matching support columns, as well as a recessed gas fireplace. In the open chef’s kitchen, a marble island is complemented by a Sub-Zero refrigerator, double dishwasher, and a six-burner range.

In the stunning master suite, the en-suite bath features white Calacatta marble, an elongated dual vanity, free-standing egg tub, and oversized glass shower with a stone bench. The second and third bedrooms also have en-suite baths and ample closet space.

To say JLaw’s home has amenities to spare would be an understatement: The property has everything from a 24-hour doorman and a 71-foot indoor pool to a Turkish bath and a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck. Oh, and there’s also a live-in resident manager, in case the many megastar tenants need something ASAP. And there are certainly many of them: In addition to Jennifer and Harry, residents include Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, and Justin Timberlake.

Jennifer has owned a few homes but seems to reside mostly on the West Coast. Back in August of 2016, she sold her pre-fame townhouse in Santa Monica, CA, for $1.15 million. But she hadn’t been living there for a while; in 2014, she moved on to an $8.225 million mansion in Beverly Hills, CA. And in typical Hollywood fashion, that home had previously been owned by a bevy of stars including Jessica Simpson, Crocodile Dundee star Paul Hogan, Ellen DeGeneres, and Rick Yorn, manager of Leonardo DiCaprio and Cameron Diaz.
