Jake Gyllenhaal is the latest household name to buy into the star-studded condo development in Tribeca.
A dorm for the rich and famous, Tribeca‘s hottest building has Oscar and Grammy-winning actors and musicians behind every door, and the ‘Brokeback Mountain’ star is the latest to drop many millions to call the place home. He joins Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Harry Styles, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Meg Ryan and Jennifer Lawrence, all of whom currently own in the building.
Gyllenhaal paid $8.63 million for a three-bedroom, three- and-a-half-bath, 2,868 square foot spread on the fifth floor. With exposed beams and tons of natural light throughout, Gyllenhaal has his own piece of a true Tribeca gem, a converted book bindery that has maintained the charm and character of its former glory days, all while embracing the luxury and amenities that today’s high-dollar buyers demand.
