Fall Out Boy's Patrick Stump Selling Rocking Hollywood Home For $2.275 Million

Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump is selling his rocking Hollywood view home for $2,275,000!

Stump gained notoriety as the lead singer, guitarist and composer for the massively popular rock band Fall Out Boy, which also includes Ashlee Simpson’s ex-husband Pete Wentz. When Fall Out Boy went on hiatus a few years back, Stump did his own thing and released two critically-aclaimed solo albums and even produced albums for other artists, including Cobra Starship and Gym Class Heroes.

In 2013, Fall Out Boy announced the end of their musical hiatus and released a brand new album that debuted at #1 on the charts, and quickly followed on to that album with a second release.

With an incredible musical comeback and more hits, Stump may be celebrating his success by upgrading his digs! He just listed the 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2,509 square foot home he bought on April 2, 2008 for $1,975,000.

With views of the city, ocean, Lake Hollywood, vineyards and the iconic Hollywood sign, this renovated home with a custom, soundproofed recording studio is a fabulous private, gated enclave for any rockstar.

The home features a sun-drenched open floor plan and chef’s stainless kitchen with bamboo cabinets, an entertainer’s island, French sliding doors, a stone-etched fireplace, custom corner study and a large outdoor area ideal for dining under the stars.  The floating stairs of exotic Tigerwood lead to a serene Master suite with a private balcony for stargazing. Walk-in closets, wood floors, and a beautiful master bath create the perfect retreat. The rest of the home includes 2 additional bedrooms, a second bath, custom glass gates, solar panels, a new metal roof, 2 car garage and security system.

Jodi Rubin of Sotheby’s holds the listing.
