Dennis Quaid is moving on from his luxe Pacific Palisades home. The actor, who is known for leading roles in films like The Parent Trap and Far From Heaven, just listed his six-bed, nine-bath home in the highly-coveted Palisades Riviera for $6.495 million. Quaid, who is gearing up to play former President Ronald Reagan, bought the home back in 2013 for $5.1 million.
Located on a 16,000-square-foot lot, this stunning estate blends its original Spanish architecture with modern conveniences. Built in 1929, the 6114-square-foot home is tucked behind gates and has a prime, quiet setting with plenty of privacy. Reminiscent of the Biltmore Hotel, the expansive property has plenty of space for entertaining, like an oversized living room with leaded windows, beamed ceilings, and an immense stone fireplace.
