Chris Brown’s New Party Palace!

Let's take a look into the hip-hopper's mansion.

When hip-hop’s bad boy Chris Brown goes house hunting, his must-haves include all the amenities that make up the ultimate party palace. Given he was essentially pushed out of his former Hollywood Hills bachelor pad due to feuds with the city and his neighbors, it’s no surprise he was determined on landing bigger and better entertaining grounds. Well Brown has done it again and has now found his party’s final resting place: an 8,128 square-foot San Fernando Valley rental.

With all the unique luxe amenities, this new home is nothing short of another exquisite adult playground. Paying a hefty $15,500 a month, Brown enjoys a sprawling, furnished estate with 6 bedrooms, 10 baths, a dance floor, commercial ice-cream bar, billiards room, private dance studio, detached pool cabana and tennis clubhouse and a lot 75-car parking lot.

Showing a slight resemblance to his former quirky Hollywood Hills condo, the new estate also features contemporary aesthetic with neon accents, a light and bright interior and glass walls.

Fit for an entertaining guru, this new pad is a slice of heaven on earth, however, every rose has its thorn. Shortly after settling in, TMZ reported one of Brown’s new neighbor isn’t too pleased with his neighborhood’s newest addition. The opinionated neighbor has been quoted saying that he would shoot the singer if he were to ever step foot onto his property.

Brown may have thought moving to a more secluded Los Angeles area would help him escape any pestering neighbor, city or police trouble – but he was dead wrong.

Nothing’s for sure, but potential neighbor headaches may have been why Brown took the non-committal approach of renting vs. buying.
