Hush, puppies! It may be a dog-eat-dog real estate market out there, but Dog Whisperer star Cesar Millan is unleashing a true winner: His five-bed, five-bath home in Studio City, CA, has just hit the market for $1,799,999. (And you know we love to sniff out a bargain!) Cesar, whose celeb clients and their canine counterparts include Jillian Michaels, Will Smith, and Hugh Hefner, bought the home for $1.62 million back in 2012. That’s quite a while in Hollywood, and even more if you count it in dog years.
The 3,809-square-foot home, built in 2012, is located in one of the most highly coveted neighborhoods of Studio City. A lush, landscaped front yard with a water fountain will be the envy of your neighbors, and their furry friends as well. At the formal entry, guests are greeted by the formal living room with soaring ceilings and a fireplace. A formal dining room comes complete with coffered ceilings and walnut floors.
