Rising starlet Ashley Benson, known for her roles in everything from Pretty Little Liars to Spring Breakers, just listed her West Hollywood, CA, home for sale — for a pretty penny, at $2.995 million. Ashley bought the home back in 2012 for $2.2 million, but with PLL most likely reaching the end of its journey (or is it?!), it must be time to move on.
The three-bed, three-and-a-half-bath retreat, which measures 3,085 square feet, is a French Normandy–style beauty overflowing with charm. Located just above the Sunset Strip, it was built in 1938 and was once owned by another star: pop diva Kylie Minogue. Ebony floors throughout, a wood-paneled library, and a spacious gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry and Calacatta marble countertops give the home an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. A large den opens to a dining room accented by coffered ceilings, built-in bookshelves, and a fireplace.

Just two months later, she sold the 6,131-square-foot home — for $4.395 million. Not too shabby! Maybe this Pretty Little Liar also has a pretty little eye for real estate.
