Anna Faris is a TV star on the move. The Mom star and podcaster extraordinaire just sold her stylish four-bed, four-bath home in the Nichols Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills for $2.09 million. You may recall that Faris, who split from husband Chris Pratt last year, originally listed the property back in January for $2.5 million, but it looks like someone finally scooped up the mid-century modern beauty.
Anna’s estate is a unique property nestled into the lower part of Nichols Canyon in the Hollywood Hills, just off the Sunset Strip. Measuring 2563 square feet, the home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a 37,682-square-foot-lot, perfectly placed on almost an acre of lush, jungle-esque landscaping.
