Beverly Hills, 90210 star and ’90s heartthrob Luke Perry has listed his longtime home, which — wait for it — is in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Hancock Park, not in Beverly Hills. What a letdown!
The actor, known for his role as the “mad, bad, and dangerous to know” Dylan McKay on the beloved teen drama, has listed the home for $2.899 million. He originally snagged the estate back in 1998 for $967,000, so it’ll be a nice little profit for Perry, who currently plays a prisoner on Ties That Bind, a family-themed cop show on the Up channel you’ve probably never seen.
The five-bed, four-bath home is a Mediterranean-style enclave that was built in 1933. Guests are welcomed to the 4,062-square-foot estate by a two-story entry and circular staircase, while a nearby spacious living room with a fireplace and French doors is the perfect spot for a family gathering.
