Oops, she did it again: The infamous pop princess is ditching one Thousand Oaks home for another, larger one.

UPDATE: Britney had to back down on her price a bit, but the pop princess sold this home in February 2017 for $7 million. She bought the home in 2012 for $6.744 million.

When Britney Spears said, “Hit Me Baby, One More Time,” maybe she was talking about hitting the Thousand Oaks, CA, real estate market. Just a few months after dropping $7.4 million on a five-bed, eight-bath home in the bucolic community, Brit-Brit has listed the Thousand Oaks home she bought back in 2012 for a cool $8.995 million.

Measuring 8,456 square feet, the Mediterranean-style home, which was built in 2010, is an impeccable property in the Lake Sherwood community. With five bedrooms and seven baths spread out on one floor, the entire property covers 61,647 square feet of land. There are two offices, a movie room, a game room, formal dining room, and an open kitchen (clearly there are no Cheetos in there; just look at Brit’s abs!) with two grand central islands that flow out to the great room, where family and friends can gather in comfort. The icing on the cake? A stunning 180-degree view of the Santa Monica Mountains.

With three bedroom wings (master, children, and guest), the property allows for independent living. In the master suite, two large walk-in closets (Brit’s got quite a few stage get-ups to store) and two his-and-hers bathrooms include amenities like a Jacuzzi bathtub and oversized spa shower.

Brit’s life has been tumultuous in the last decade, but things are pretty solid these days for the reigning queen of pop. She recently went on a luxe trip to Hawaii with her two sons and documented the journey on Instagram.
