Back in simpler times, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert were the king and queen of pop country music. But alas, the couple split in 2015, and Blake soon took up with his The Voice co-judge Gwen Stefani, who had recently split from the object of your ’90s dreams, Gavin Rossdale. Left in the wake of their guitar-strumming romance’s end was the couple’s Brentwood, TN, real estate (in the form of a mega-mansion), which they snagged back in 2013 for $2.258 million. That is, until now: The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home has finally found a buyer, selling for $2.425 million, PopSugar reports.
A sprawling 10,627 square feet, Graymont is a palatial estate located in Brentwood’s Governor’s Club. Just 20 miles outside Nashville, TN, the home, which was built in 2001, is located on almost an acre of land right by the 15th green of the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course. Each room is grand and masterfully designed, a fusion of estate living and rustic accents. Ideal for entertaining, the home features a swimming pool, spa, tennis court, and fitness center. Additional luxurious amenities include a media room, a lounge with wet bar, and a spacious basement game room complete with its own bar, where we’re guessing Blake and Miranda tipped back a brew or two. Several patios and terraces provide ample space for outdoor seating for guests, or just a quiet morning enjoying coffee in the sunshine.
Blake and Miranda were living the luxe life back when they were together, with almost enough real estate to make Donald Trump jealous. The duo still own two pieces of property together: first, a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo in Nashville, purchased in October 2012 for $837,500. That property even had its own dog park, just for animal lover Miranda! And second, a Franklin, TN, home on 25 acres purchased in 2013 for $600,000.
Separately, they’re still mini moguls! Blake owns two properties of his own in Tishomingo, OK, as well as one in Kingston, OK. Miranda also has two Tishomingo properties and one in Lindale, TX. But most importantly, the country gal purchased herself a $3.4 million bachelorette pad in Williamsport, TN, soon after the couple’s breakup back in 2015. We’re guessing a couple of achy-breaky love songs will be written there!
