"I can walk to at least 3 parks from my house, in addition to the conservancy. Great neighborhood for kids to grow up in because they can make life long friends. The yards and houses make the neighborhood a very pleasant walking area!"

"The nature conservancy. You can go out for walks in the conservancy and see wildlife while not living out in the country. Also the neighborhood is a very short commute to downtown Madison. "
