    "Some of the loudest, most rude & obnoxious people I've ever had the displeasure of living near... I'll be moving out of state in a couple yrs, so rather than purchase real estate I opted to rent for now. I've rented before with no problems & I figured Wandering Brooks Estates in East DePere should be decent- how wrong I was... My garage opener wasn't working when I moved in, so meantime I parked in a space until it was fixed- realizing one morning that someone had slammed their car door into mine, leaving a large dent & scratches with no note, nothing... people are up all hours of the night & are inconsiderately loud, or in the day, pound their feet up & down stairs, slamming their apt doors &/or the entrance door every time they enter/exit... also rude in their vehicles, racing around the lot at 30+ mph (there are children who play here) they will often tail you, or even blare their horns at you... If I had known what it would be like here I never would have moved in. "
