"The inter urban trail is close so you can walk or ride your bikes and this is a friendly dog area as well."

"Overall safe area I definitely enjoy living here. Plenty of public transit options in the area. Plenty of school options as well. Grocery shopping options you really have the pick of the litter in that aspect. Walking/biking trail to get your exercise in. Plenty of dining options as well. Close to the freeway. "
