The electric in this neighborhood is rock solid and had the least amount of power issues of any home I ever lived in. A few years ago Verizon put fiber optic FIOS service to the neighborhood and it is also a very reliable service for TV, internet and land line phone. All in all this is a great home in a great neighborhood at very reasonable prices. At the end of Autumn Breeze and right across the street, they are presently building new homes over the last year and a half. The sign says homes starting from the 280's looks like they sold quite a few. I'll have to go look at the model to see why they are over 100 thousand more. "
