"we have lots of baseball tournaments for kids and youths, also monthly meetings to communicate about any issues in the neighborhood, also many family events such Easter, Halloween "
  • Stephany L.
"Everything is closed by. Schools, groceries, department stores, home improvement centers, doctors office etc..... Parks are always a plus, friendly neighbors."
  • Coral P.
"If our neighborhood didn't have the train tracks on both sides of Griggs and 75th, our neighborhood would be perfect. The commute is fantastic. 45 is minutes away. There's a Walmart in the area. A Ross, Marshall's, Old Navy and even a HEB! Only downside is the tracks. They don't have a schedule, they come and go as they please. Other than that, would totally recommend 👍"
  • Coral P.
"There are many families in the area and we all look out for each other. It's a very friendly community with beautiful homes. It gets very creative and even more beautiful during the holidays when the neighbors decorate."
  • Stephany L.
"Halloween and Christmas are celebrated in a family oriented way. Kids are seen with their parents trick or treating or outside Christmas mornings."
