    "I have lived here for 8 years and the neighborhood has not really improved at all, and for that reason I have sold my house and am buying outside of the city limits."

    "They have events, but I keep to myself. I have lived here for over six years. Have the best landlords, since I rent the house. I lost my husband last January, lung cancer. Myself, I have been diagnosed with MS 5/17 and then ovarian cancer 10/17. Needless to say I’m moving away to the Plano/Allen area closer to family and my all of my doctors. I will miss my backyard, it’s peaceful. "

    "The dog park is really close and Metro Dog Wash is right by the park! I will say there’s not a lot of dog walkers around but that’s nothing bad. "
  • "Great location, easy access to I20, I30, I35 and loop 820. Close to the airbase and all downtwon locations. Not far from the TRE for those who work in Dallas and Mid City area. Park is less then two blocks away. Plenty of trees and over size lot."
