    "I don’t commute I am retired and work locally in Lansdale! I live here 13 years and love the quietness in Lansdale and being able to get close to a gas station or a local grocery store!"

    "We live here for 13 years and we live in a very close area to stores and restaurants also with an older community. We are in a major road 309/63 and that is the only down fall, if you gave little kids! We do have a very extra long drive ways I one if the longest in the community!"

    "New Arts Center opened up in town; also new Molly McGuire's; town celebrations on Main Street several times a year; Thanksgiving parade; antique car show; motorcycle show; arts festival; music in the park during the summer; carnivals at the park and at one of the schools; various functions/shows at the high school. A post office that has friendly people who actually know who you are and call you by name; close to a medical center; churches within walking distance. Lots of community sports programs for kids; YMCA;; bus line. "

    "We live in the Upper Gwynedd/Lansdale area and we love it. We like being able to walk to shops, and restaurants. There are 2 parks within walking distance, and a couple more within a quick drive. There is entertainment in the area, and lots of families with kids and a great sense of community! I didn't rate the schoold, because I don't have any experience with that yet. "
