    "Arae is convenient to major roads, generally safe, good parks and natural areas to walk in, and good schools. If your idea of good shopping is Kohl's, Bon Ton and Marshall's, you will like it here. Abysmal night life, not much for restaurants aside from a few lower-end chains and pizza. Poor public transportation. Very good Parkland schools. The natural character and wildlife of the area is being squeezed out by relentless development, and that same development is making the Route 100/22 area a congested traffic mess at all hours. On balance, T'town is still a nice place to live - safe, convenient, some natural beauty - but quiet, driveability, and community identity are slipping away. Families and seniors WHO CAN STILL DRIVE would probably find this a nice place to live."
