"I grew up in this area, and went to sulzberger jr high sch. 22-34 yrs ago, even then this was a semi drug neighborhood, and still is. There is 2 corner bars about a block up, where both places are known for police activity. The school may have improved over the years, but was bad when I attended. On a good side, there are few corner stores, an elder care home around the corner, and public transportation is rite outside, route #30. And I beleive the city is building the new youth study center down the street, and across is the Kirkbride center for childen. I wouldn't recommen this for elderly people, fairly high crime neighborhood."
