"It is a very safe well maintained neighborhood. There is little to no violence. It is a great neighborhood for families. There are plenty of mom and pop shops along with larger franchises as well. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat, and even listen to live music! "

"There are many good commuting options from this area. Busses are plentiful in to the El. I recommend the High Speed Line. It’s a great quick way of you work downtown. I drive to my because its not downtown. I enjoy the 30 min drive"

"I drive to work. Transportation is not really walking distance. It’s a bit of a walk to a bus stop. Driving is much more convenient."
