"There is a great park...and a leash law. If park had dog area it would be a 10. Lots of wildlife, coyotes, hawks, deer etc. No outside cats or small dogs."

"Clatasop Butte Park is nearby (even within walking distance for many) with a few short, nice trails for an evening walk with your best friend. "

"Wonderful mix of ethnicities and generations. Homes are individual, not cookie cutter. Very tasteful landscaping and yard work throughout giving the area a very spacious, park-like feel. Playground for kids and exercise park make the area complete. "

"okay but not really. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. kinda boring and out of the way. Not a fan of thd area."

"Homes are well spaced, quiet wooded area, great location for empty nesters. A country feel with close by dinning and shopping. AWD or 4WD is a good idea. Steep hills make for fun winter driving."

"Love this location. Nice neighbors, well-established neighborhood. Some have been here for 40+ years. Some are newer. Not an ideal location for bus riders, but there are two bus stops: each about 1/4 mile away. Nearby park, very low traffic inside the neighborhoods off of Flavel. Great walking and biking trails. "
