"It’s not a place for families, the commuting is not that great it’s more of a bicycle town. The overall idea is to walk and to make sure that you have some food shoes "

"I’ve lived in this area for 3 years, while the constant partying has subsided; crime has increased. There has been shootings in the area, car break ins, items being stolen."

"the area is great people friendly kid friendly stores shops food post office and hospitols close by .i visit up hete yearly and want to move here brcsuse i love the rivers and parks "

"My community is a tourist destination because of many reasons, but mainly because of the culture. We have the Shakespearean Festival here and it is HUGE. We also have a vibrant community full of fabulous eateries and gorgeous wineries as well as an open and accepting view toward all walks of life. "

"I would live here based upon what I see in a second if I could move my business to this area. The house is in great shape, great for anyone at the U of O, good pricing for quality interior. "
