    "There’s public transportation available within a 15 minute drive. The commute to downtown can be very unpredictable (20-60 minutes). Back roads sometimes can be quicker, but may flood or landslide after heavy rainfall. "

    "It’s close to the highway and the interstate, but far enough away to be quiet. Sometimes you can hear planes and helicopters, rarely trains anymore. You can surprisingly hear fireworks from downtown events depending on the weather, also rare. "
