"Just moved here from the Bay Area and am pleasantly surprised with how much there is to do and how easy it is to navigate the city."

"Nice walking paths. Other dog people in the neighborhood and people leash their dogs and pick up after them"

"Great area very safe. Has the best mall in the nation in the area. Great area to have a family. Blah blah blah"
  • Trulia User

  • Trulia User
"There are a few parks nearby, honestly after the last shooting at the YMCA I'm worried about the small park areas nearby too."

"I've live here for two years and this is the most quiet and peaceful place. It's something that I was dreaming."

"There is nothing that really makes the neighborhood special. The only good thing about Linden area is the Mifflin Police Department. They are great with the kids and respond to calls with respect and support. "
  • Trulia User
"It was easy traffic and beautiful well-kept area. I use the highway to get here and it was easy for me to get here. And easy to read the exits"
  • Trulia User
"Traffic isn’t always super crowded but there is traffic getting into the highway. I’m about 15 minutes from downtown"
  • Trulia User
"There are lots of people with pets in this area! it's always nice to see people walking their dogs on nice days."
  • Sandra
"We have lived here for almost 4 yrs. Most people stay to themselves but they will wave and speak. Everyone kinda keeps an eye out for others. Especially for people not known to live in the area."
  • Andymartinifi
"Nice place to live and I recommend it for the location. It is easy to access anything you want or need. "

"I loved in this neighborhood for twenty plus years. The neighbors are friendly and the area isn’t bad. Just like anywhere there are ups and downs but the good weigh out the bad in this area. I love it out here."
  • Sandra
"I feel like the area is not safe for children. Cars speeding down the side streets. A lot of drugs and unwanted unruly, unsupervised children. Not enough police presence. Most of the older adults are very kind. Young adults and teenagers are the biggest problem. Need parents to supervise their children. Need more people to take pride in their neighborhood. "

"This area is out of the way and very quiet to say the least. Everyone is friendly and look after one another. It’s more elderly people in this area than anything. It’s a good neighborhood to say the least."
  • Isaac G.
"close to the airport and people are mostly friendly. also close to Easton. I would also consider it up and coming and not far from Downton/short north"
  • Sherrico1.sc
"There are schools close by and parks. I live on a deadend street and the kids play safely in the streets here. They ride their bikes, play basketball and skateboard. Most kids are young in elementary schools but there are some teens. They are all very nice children and the neighbors help each other out by cutting each others grass and bring the empty cans back from the street. I would buy a house in this neighborhood if one were available."

"20 minutes driving anywhere in Columbus. We’re very centralized and Maybe five minutes away from the airport. The only time our commute is problematic is during rush hour, but that’s to be expected "
  • Glbarber
"Plenty of space for animals in general nearby park attached to the community but the wild animals may be a slight problem for some pets"
  • Rgone05
"We have woods behind the house. I have seen coyote, turkeys, deer walking through the back yard. Very little vandalism at the top of Cumberland Woods Dr. fairly quiet. "

"it's a town named after a round about complicated way of saying summer is ending and fall is beginning. "making the simple tasks difficult since 1947" is the town motto. visit the township meetings for a premium sample."
