    "Charming little Village with little to no privacy. Nice Village park with band stand. Wonderful hidden Industrial Park perfectly maintained with multi-million dollar manufacturers. The Island produces it's own electrical power which puts it rating high with business. The homes on the Island are mostly older and sit directly on the streets with little to no yards. No trees, no green spaces. More of a Block Island surrounded by the Hudson River. Most of the green space is newly created by the Industrial Park. Perhaps it will eventually flow into the Village with some revitalization and renovation of the older buildings and homes. Out with some old, up with some Green spaces, trees, shrubs etc... New fronts, Make a Main Street. This Village has the potential and the current administration appears to be welcoming of new idea's and folks with energy to help and follow through with exciting new ventures.... "Where there's a will... there's a way!""
