    "My family has lived over here for about 15 years nice- but new owners are asking an exorbaorant amount of money for rent even though any families in this area and the surrounding area have rental assistant programs. New owners are being biased and treating these people unfair. They are being stigmatized and they are being refused apartments all because of it. Please be aware that the homes are somewhat small for the rents that the landlords are asking."
