    "This is a beautiful area - so safe and pleasant to walk around. Lots of nice houses and beautiful tree lined quiet blocks with a true residential suburban feel. There are great stores, restaurants and bars you can walk to. Bus stops here and ten mins from ferry in an Uber which I take to work. I wish we could stay but unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be three beds for rent in this area it’s more one or two beds and then home ownership."
