Coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Also a few minutes to downtown lime life and bustling Williamsburg! Super close to Highland park! Love it"

    "It’s definitely in the midst of a transition. The effects of gentrifications are evident with high priced new buildings and condos going up on a daily basis. But most of the people who grew up in the neighborhood still live here so it’s a very interesting mix of people but everyone gets along. "

    "People are very welcoming to all dogs breed and size. There aren’t very many dog friendly parks as I would like. A lot of places aren’t willing to rent to most breeds which makes it difficult for people like me that have pitbulls. I am fortunate with my landlord now that he is so accepting. "
