    "We attend the Sutton Place Food Festival where the local vendors offer samples of their foods. There is a weekly farmers market. Our neighborhood has a nice promenade in the river for jogging, look at the river and two Dog parks. The dog parks host seasonal events like Halloween parties and costume contests."

There are around 40 bus lines crossing the neighborhood, and bus stops are not very far from most residences.
