"Convenient for base commuting, but crime and drug use are high in this small town. Would not buy a home here unless absolutely necessary, or until the township cleans up this town. "

"its a beautiful neighborhood it's got a leak it's got trees so beautiful in the fall and the summer is a really nice too there are beaches and playgrounds in the area for the children to go to and families to go to the play and have a good time. however I do find the people I have met not all I find it better to keep to myself"

"Close to stores and has an easy commute with public transportation. Supermarket down the road and many different places to eat near by. Has animal services near by as well as churches, schools, and police stations. Fire and police Are very responsive and are very active in the area. "

"I have lived here for 20 years. It’s quiet in most areas and family oriented. Most people who come stay for long periods of time. Nice neighborhoods as well "

"I drive 45 minutes to Hamilton Twnsp., NJ. There is public transportation (city bus, access bus and uber). Good jobs here in town are scarce."

"All the good stores are 25 minutes or more away. Having a car to transport is important if you want variety "

"Was a great place to raise your family. A lot has changed tho. Drugs are everywhere and a lot goes on in little Towns like this. Just be aware of your surroundings and don’t sleep the lil town"

"There are no sidewalks here so kind of hard to walk your dogs safely. Depends what part of Browns mills your living in I suppose."

"Its in the woods but not far from stores or neighbors! I love hearing the airplanes from the base and seeing and hearing wildlife theat surrounds us.!"

"This is a decent place for families to start, but not the best place to settle if you’re looking for children to have lots of opportunities. The neighborhood is safe, but there isn’t much in the way of nearby entertainment. I wouldn’t even say there are parks available for recreation without having to drive. Decent, but not the best place."

"no side walks or room to walk without car almost hitting you. also...There is a nice park though. so thats a nice place 2 take your doggy. As long as clean up after your baby "

"You must own a car in this town because public transportation is very lacking. Only two bus stops in the entire 64 square miles. "

"I live on Ridge Rd in Browns Mills. There is many newer homes in the area and soon I am hoping to join them by taking my present house down and rebuilding a new home. The area does have some problems with local thieves but since I have placed a security system in the house and cameras on the outside there has not been a problem. I stay to myself as most of the neighbors do as well which is what I prefer. All in all I do enjoy the area and with over an acre of land I enjoy the privacy and scenery"
