"My commute is so quick to anywhere I want to go in the city! I drive myself, but it’s 10 mins or less to everywhere I frequent! Love the area!"

"There is a music festival in the spring. That is it. It is stupid crazy when the Uptown Theatre has an event/concert because people park on both sides of the street. "

"Work locally, traffic in the area is a breeze without construction. South west trafficway is always under construction unfortunately but plenty of side roads."

"my apartment is located right next to 2 parks, a police station, a library, etc. everything is within walking distance and has very little crime. I've lived there for 24 years and never had any problems."

"Great for all varieties of folks--offers beautiful historical architecture, great neighbors and community involvement oriented, lots of professionals of all ages, as well as political leaders are in this area. Writers Place offers literary activities and provides community meeting space. The famous Uptown Theater has been renovated, and the Valentine shopping center is in process of redevelopment and catering to the arts and young professionals. Great restaurants and theater in Westport. 5 minutes to the Country Club Plaza. Close to I 35 and downtown as well as easy shot to Johnson County and Ks areas. We couldn't love it more!"
