"I like the parks and the community organizations and churches that do things in the community. Many of the families in the neighborhood have raised families here (or are raising families here!) Kids offer to mow lawns and children play in the parks. I like living here."

"I like my neighbors and can get most anywhere in the area..... I feel you need a car to live here but there are buses nearby. I like the park and for the most part know my neighbors and have lived in the area awhile. I like it here. It will only get better. Homes are being fixed up and lots of people are moving here."

"I have lived in this neighborhood for a year and find my neighbors friendly and helpful. We keep an eye out for each other and people who walk down the street speak and wave and seem friendly. I love it here. We are near 71 highway and near Waldo, Midtown, Westport, and downtown. I can get anywhere I wish to go easily!!! I love it here!!!"

"I love this neighborhood! Jump on 71 and go downtown and it’s close to Overland Park if I want to go to kansas. There are parks and my neighbors are all very friendly!!! I love it here!"

"We are just off 71 Hwy. Easy commute. We can go to midtown, downtown, or Overland Park and South KC And Grandview easily!!!"

"Midtown K in general is a bit on the rough side. The area has a LOT of foreclosures and vacant homes falling down. Schools are some of the worst in the country, non-accredited. Cheap place to rent a home but not exactly the safest area."
