"Not really sure about events. I don’t live here just visiting. But I do know here they have a lot of hole in the wall places that serve delicious food. And the most oldest and awesome cracked seed store ever."

"Great family friendly neighborhood. Fun local shops and restaurants scene. Kaimuki has a great sense of community. The schools are great! I love walking to get ice cream, dinner, library, local shops, so many fun local spots to explore with the whole family. "

"Older community. Many old homes, have been demolished and rebuilt by 2nd or 3rd generation home owners. Feels very safe"

"You never have to leave Kaimuki if you need anything. To name a few - Post office, library, restaurants, vets and groomers, spas & salons, fitness, fuel, car dealerships, dentists, doctors, drug stores etc. "

"Farmers markets are very close in proximity and diamond head loop as well. Beaches are also a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk! "

"I dont know there are a lot of people that own dogs in my area its mostly dead ends. the bus line is really good too, mostly the older people go for it bus very friendly people's "

"Close to Kahala Mall and Kaimuki restaurants and schools. So many options to chose from when deciding to eat out. Community is also a short distance to the University of Hawaii at Manoa and very close to downtown."
