"The commute is great so far not to much traffic. Drivers are respectful for the most part. You can breathe peace when you’re driving around. The schools are great and the crime is low. It’s like you’re living in a bubble. Locals do call it the PTC Bubble. I could think of a better place to raise my son. "

"4th of July golf cart parade. High school nearby has Fri night football entire community attends, homecoming brings parade right past Forreston Place. Every neighborhood announces graduates in the subdivision entry. Entries all decorated for holidays. "

"Love the cart paths. Love that you can ride golf cart all over town. Quite pricey to live here but older homes are affordable but be ready to get a lot of work done on house."
