"Location to city attractions and to work. It takes me no more than 20 minutes to get to most places. It close to the battery at Truist park as well. It takes least than 10 minutes to get there."

"It’s all about getting trapped in by school traffic and Cobb County and beyound commuters using our neighborhood as a cut through to avoid the highway traffic to get into town. "

"The parties and events in the community for youth and kids. Also close commute to downtown Atlanta and fun events near this area. It also has a really cool nearby local tavern and several great restaurants."

"Easy access to the highway. The only difficulty I experience is getting through historic Vinings, which backs up badly in the mornings and sometimes is stopped by a train going through."

"People are always walking their dogs - big and small. They are all pretty friendly from what I’ve seen and encountered. There’s a little dog area for the dogs to run a little in. "
