"Keeping your dog on a leash. Most of the homes in the neighborhood have fenced in backyards. When walking your dog just pick up after them and keep them on a leash and there will be no problems. We are all dog lovers at heart."

"I've lived in the neighborhood basically all my life it's been an overlooked party of the city for years but it looks like gentrification may be taken over as with all impoverished neighborhoods in a lot of cities in the country. I want to be able to buy in this neighborhood and hopefully will be able to it's great location wise and hopefully will be beneficial to both old and new dwellers "
