    "It’s a little hilly and the lots and big. Some yards are very well maintained, others not so much. They just put in double yellow lines and a bike lane on one of the main streets in the neighborhood also. "

Excellent access to a regional linear park for hiking and biking. Only two miles to the local light rail station to go anywhere in the Denver area. 1/2 hour drive to the airport without ever using a freeway!"
