  • Luissh.ita
"Excuse my language but there’s hella traffic and people use the streets like they’re highways. Don’t worry about parking because they park in the middle of the street anyways. "
  • Melissa C.
"I’ve lived here for a long period of time. They’ve watched my kids grown and vise versa. Everyone knows each other, family lives in the same block as us. "
  • Anton C. C. L.
"People are walking dogs at all times in this area.!! Very dog friendly and many parks around. There are a few schools in the area a lot of cut off streets and walk areas.!"
  • mysolosusan
"I visit in this area and am surprised by the low ratings some residents seem to be giving. The crime rate is very low, at least at this point in time, it's normally pet friendly, and very close by in the Marina area are some great restaurants and night spots, not to mention the fantastic SF bay trail.Traffic is low, parking is easy, and there couldn't be more public transportation. What's bad is that it's not very developed, with some houses being very attractive and others being slovenly. The population of the area doesn't seem to appreciate what they've got at all. "
