"there are wonderful outdoor areas to enjoy with children. the annual pirates festival at Father's Day is a must do each year. the annual mad hatters parade and 4th of July are definitely some of the best family fun to be found anywhere "

"Actually not bad if you leverage public transportation. Traffic across the bridge towards the East Bay is generally not horrible. Telecommute and you have it made!"

"it has historic homes, beautiful water and city views, great public transportation including ferry service to San Francisco, many restaurants, brew pubs, wine tasting, a thriving art community, is near to Mare Island and nature walks, and has a very socially diverse population. "

"I’m currently in the market of seeking a new place to call home The neighborhood I’m in is unique in a sense of old houses and the residents are all professionals career minded but there’s safety issues I’m very concerned there’s a lot of traffic of bad opportunist looking to make people lives like me feel uncomfortable that’s why I made my decision to seek a place where I feel safe would be a nice neighborhood if it gets cleaned up"
