What Locals Say about Ashtynn Manor

"Lived here for a couple of years. Absolutely loved the 15-minute ride to Marshall's 4200 complex with the Redstone Road gate right there. Left me lots of time after work to do whatever (or just relax). My wife worked near the city center - the ride down the Parkway was about 25 minutes in heavy traffic. Dull, but not like living west or north, and if you pick your drive time well, you can cut quite a bit off that. Shopping is GREAT - Wal-Mart and several specialty stores including a nice wine shop in walking distance, with Parkway Mall, Lowe's, Home Depot, Kroger, Publix, Star, the beignet place and a passel of other good places nearby. No night spots in the neighborhood, but it's a short drive to the Merrimack or the city center or the Von Braun Center or Flying Monkey or whatever you like. Two movie theaters are close, too. There's a big park right there, a greenway trail a short bike ride away, Ditto Landing and the river, good schools and two libraries within shouting distance. My neighbors were nice and friendly, lots of walkers and people talking on front porches, never felt anything other than safe and secure there. A very nice mix of sizes of houses and yards, families and retirees, young and old. And did I mention it was right at the Arsenal gate?"
