Trulia is no longer accepting MLS feed requests from brokers. We are working hard to obtain direct listing feeds from MLS's, but are no longer able to support this on a broker-by-broker basis. If you would like to know whether or not your MLS syndicates listings directly to Trulia, we suggest you reach out to your Broker and Board of Realtors. If there is not currently a direct feed, we encourage you to let your Broker and MLS know that a direct feed is important to you.
Q: My MLS hasn't set up a direct feed. What are my options?
A: As a broker, you are able to send listings directly to Zillow Group, which includes both Zillow and Trulia, through our Zillow Pro for Brokers program. Email email@example.com to request this. While we work on setting up a direct feed, we encourage you to use Postlets — our manual upload tool that lets you easily post your listings across Zillow Group sites. We also encourage you to contact your MLS board about establishing a direct feed to Zillow Group at the MLS level.
Trulia can easily accept XML feeds that are formatted to our specifications. Feeds are approved in as little as 48 hours and, for most feeds, listing updates are processed every two hours. Download our feed guide (pdf) to make sure your XML feed is formatted correctly.
If you have an XML feed ready in another format, please see our 'Other' option.
If you have an XML feed in another listing syndication format that doesn't match Trulia's spec, we may still be able to process it. We can also accept similar feed types like MITS and BDX. Submit your information below and we will review your feed and follow up.
Trulia can accept listing feeds in several other formats including non-Trulia XML and CSV. Select one of the options above to learn more.
Trulia can pull a CSV or similar file via FTP or via a website URL on a daily basis. You can also send your file to us daily if you choose.
Have questions about any of these feed formats? Contact us and we'll get in touch to help!
