"I’ve lived in the area all my life and at my present location for over 9 years. Very little crime and decent schools. There is no public transportation so a car is almost required. Wonderful affordable place to grow up or retire in."

"Bucklin Ave is a true medium divided street with new freshly planted trees. There are many older homes with great character and although traffic is moderate it still has a great quiet vibe. Crime is almost nonexistent and schools are within walking distance."
