"Sandpoint is dog friendly and there are many great hikes near town. Also 2 off leash dog walks along the lake. Just make sure to pick up after your dog please"

"There is a monthly full moon bike ride that tours around Sandpoint with about 100 people. They start downtown and go to a different location each time."

"Dog friendly community. Doggy sacks on pretty much all trails with trash baskets. With that being said, amazing paved trails and hiking in/around community."
