"There is a Dog park here. Also. It is possible to walk on the neighborhood. The down side is that there is a lot of traffic in some streets during peak hours and it could be difficult to cross. "

"The commute is awful at peak times. A lot of people are kind and let you in on old cutler road. It’s pretty slow, but, moves. On holidays, summers, breaks, it’s perfectly fine. There are a lot of short cuts to help with the commute. Waze also helps quite a bit. "

"i've lived in Palmetto Bay for 5 years. people are nice and friendly. good schools. close to everything. one of the best places to.live in South Florida. palmetto schools. Ducks walking around the neighborhood safely. kids love to feed them. I'm happy here! "
