  • Lauren Taylor
"Not enough dog parks. In the summer the roads a pavement gets extremely hot and can burn their feet. Most houses here don’t have yards"
  • Michelle M.
"I've lived here a lot of years and it's getting to be a busier city. The traffic is getting much worse on highway 95 along with the accidents. We do have lots of parks to choose from. We only have basic healthcare here. If you need any kind of specialized care, you will need to go outside of Bullhead City for that. We are a tourist town, and all of our activity/enterpirse is geared towards attracting that demographic. "
  • Trulia User
"Vacation home, but coming for almost 40 years. It’s great visiting during the summer & boating. We enjoy & have fun."
  • Billburroughs
"There aren’t any and I like it like that I am not very friendly The last thing I wanted is a bunch of friendly people living around me, poking their nose in my business "
  • Trulia User
"Boating, jet skiing & family activities during summer hot months enjoyed by all who live & vacation in this city "
  • Sarah W.
"I feel safe the neighbors are very kind they watch our house when we're not here it's quiet and clean "
  • Cptnron4
"Except for the four months summer heat the weather is wonderful the remaining 8 months. Entertainment is available across the River in Laughlin NV. A 4 month quail season and 12 month cottontail season along with predators keeps the hunter busy while the Colorado River and lake Mohave makes a day of fishing easy to plan."
  • Karen H.
"people walk their dogs up and down the hill. its good exercise. very little traffic. there are no side walks but a dirt patches so you can stay oit of the street "
  • Gloris V.
"I do not commute except to the store and doctors. therefore the commute is fine. Bullhead City is more of a vacation spot or retirement area. "
  • Kimberlypaiton2
"Block party where everyone brings something and there’s games for kids and stuff for adults to do.this alows people who are new to the area to meet new people "
  • Randy.sierra
"Great Nieghbor hood and we stick together help each other out , close to river and dog park, boat launch, soccer fields"
  • Brenda G.
"it's way too hot in the summer, there's no street lighting, the asphalt it way too hot, it's got a lot of other dogs and there's a lot of barking after hours, but I love it here being so close to the river, lets see what winter is like, I'll let you know in a few months "
  • Joni M.
"I have lived here for the last 30 years. depending on your child's age I feel strongly after dark most children should be home. the ones who can still be safe out after dark should only be of later teen years. Parents need to be more involved in what their children are doing and I don't think any children should be able to be out after dark. "
  • Lyndaunger
"I’ve lived here in neighborhood for three yrs and love it all neighbors are beat and kind people and great neighbors who take care of their places"
  • Lmahemet
"Once and a while we have coyotes Roaming the neighbor hood just keep an eye on your animals. Especially in early mornings and in the evenings"
  • Willrusch7
"Other animal owners not picking up after there dogs, possible bad owners that don’t look after there dogs "
  • Emmie
"One year New to this neighborhood ; rotary park is acceptable; stores located in convenience locations"
  • Lindagoozey
"That bullhead offers many many programs for children and seniors. We have lots of great restaurants and beautiful golf courses. We have good police dept., fire dept, great jr college. The city is doing a refacing and refurbishing of many businesses and parks. The Laughlin Ranch area is very nice area. We also, as a bonus have the beautiful Colorado River."
  • Lmahemet
"There are family’s and kids that live here. We have 2 beautiful parks, by the river. Kids can play and have a lot of fun. Dog parks for your dogs. Lots of things to do."
  • Christopher M. S.
"We are very quiet and we keep to ourselves unless it has to do with violence or accidents, we help......"
  • Bellalyndanv
"Great place to visit. Again and again. Sunny skies and blue clouds.great place to visit. Again and again. Sunny skies and blue clouds. Great place"
  • Jesus S.
"PROS: They would like the dog park by the river CONS: during the warm season its too hot to put your dog outside or even to walk them. "
  • Gwen
"the roads are usually not too bad only a little traffic during certain times of the day. easy to navigate and plenty of parking when you go shopping."
  • Llindanash
"people always walking there dogs, taking walks, public schools suck though. not very many kids in neighborhood at all which bites if you have kids."
  • Leonard H.
"the river. rotary park has a decent size skate park for beginners to provramps. this park has it all with three full size tennis court yards. 4-6 soccer, baseball, football and basket ball courts. then to top it off they have three play grounds for the younger kids. and all of this sites along side of the Colorado River. it doesn't get any better than this"
  • Leonard H.
"the people are pretty good for the most part. but feels like anyone 22/29 are a bunch of dumb immature kids "
  • Lyndaunger
"All my neighbors are super friendly and always stop to chat when walking by and say hi. I just love our neighborhood which is safe and everyone looks out for each other"
  • Michnsophie77
"Safety drugs free area street lights Stop sign a clean road traffic signs. Etc etc etc how ever we need more autism friendly areas "
  • Ashlee E. B.
"The Colorado river and lake Mohave. The casinos across the River. The desert and oatman. It’s small enough to feel like home yet big enough to not know everyone."
  • Kacybarbre
"the river is beautiful and the recreational opportunities are awsome. there are always something to do,"
  • Kim B.
"There is not much traffic when I go shopping. I have some awesome neighbors and the area is relatively quiet for a city."
  • Fran
"Short and easy. There is small rural community here so there is very rarely heavy traffic. I drive at speed limit and if only takes me about 10 minutes to arrive at my workplace."
  • Amanda R. B.
"It's starting to get busier on my street, you used to never see random people walking down the street but now you do and must keep an eye out. "
